Sun Dried Karela
- First spread sliced Karela on a plate and microwave it for 30 minutes.
- Take a bowl, combine oil, minced onion, tomato puree, salt, coriander powder, chopped ginger, garlic paste, garam masala and turmeric powder and microwave it.
- Now put the roasted Karela in the bowl and mix it well.
