- Cut the ends and make butterfly cuts in the bhendi
- In a bowl, add garam masala, sliced onions, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, mustard oil, grated coconut.
- Mix well. Put this stuffing inside the bhendi
- Heat a pan. Add oil, jeera. Let it crackle
- Put the bhendi in the pan. Toss it and fry it for 5-10 mins.
- Add coconut milk. Mix well and cook until it thickens/
- Serve hot in a bowl.
